If you’ve noticed the acrid smell of gelled hair burning today, that’s the scent of the conservative world en fuego. The battle for the hearts and minds of the worst Americans is on, and it pits the terrible against the even more terrible. At the center of the fight is Pamela Geller, who can most charitably be described as an anti-Islam activist and can most accurately be described as a racist shitbag who thinks Muslims cause cavities. As a looney-tunes piece of human garbage who wants Muslims exterminated, Geller has been one of the perennial stars of the Conservative Political Action Conference, the annual gathering of horrible human beings and future Republican presidential candidates. (Yes, we’re aware the circles intersect in that Venn diagram.)

But Geller won’t be attending CPAC in 2013. It isn’t because she doesn’t want to go. She filled out an application and everything. But — and even your Wonkette has to admit this is pretty mean — they ignored her. Completely. Didn’t even send her a letter telling her she wasn’t invited, although her previous events had been standing room only (according to noted Pamela Geller expert Pamela Geller).

Why did they spurn Geller? What could make her too conservative for CPAC, the conference that turned away noted union-puncher Chris Christie for getting within 20 feet of Obama and not spitting in his face?

Gellar committed the cardinal sin of conservative Republicans: she criticized Grover Norquist.

Norquist, of course, is the bearded anti-tax zealot who wants to drown your government in the bathtub (which is a lot of murder). He’s also enormously powerful; virtually every Republican elected to federal office has signed his nonsensical pledge never to raise taxes under any circumstances. And while he ranks high on the list of terrible people, he has provided a small voice of reason in the conservative community when it comes to Muslims, i.e., he doesn’t think that all of them (including his wife) should be put to death.

Geller has criticized Norquist for this record, claiming he has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood because why else wouldn’t he be willing to call for the destruction of an entire people? First she was fired from her column at Newsmax for daring to call out a fellow columnist, and now the good (no wait, terrible) people at CPAC have denied her a speaking slot.

At least now she’ll have more free time, which she’ll presumably spend running subway ads so racist even Fox News calls her out on them, accusing President Obama of ordering the military not to kill Osama bin Laden, or accusing President Obama of being Malcolm X’s secret love child.

According to The New York Times, she received a $4 million divorce settlement, a portion of $1.8 million from the sale of the Long Island home and then a $5 million life insurance payment when Michael Oshry died a few months after remarrying in 2008. The criminal case has not moved forward since the 2008 arrests.”

Radical NY Activist Pamela Geller Links to Car Scam and Murder At UNIVERSAL AUTO WORLD Continues In Citifinancial Auto Lawsuit.

A Lawsuit Motion filed November 2009 in NY State Supreme Court by Citifinancial Auto seeks information from a Grand Jury investigation initiated by the Nassau County District Attorneys Offce into the car scam and murder at Universal Auto World that was co-owned by Michael Oshry, Pamela (Oshry) Geller and CHRIST TSIROPOULOS aka CHRIS TSIROPOULOS, (see original NY Post article CLICK HERE).

CAR SCAM EYED…Cops found banking records were sent to the house, though the state requires such files be kept at businesses, according to court papers filed in a civil forfeiture action by the Nassau district attorney.  “The dealership knew what was going on,” an investigator said. His ex-wife, Pamela Geller, former associate publisher of the New York Observer and a conservative blogger, burst into tears when told her ex is under criminal investigation. Although listed in business records as a Universal co-owner, Pamela Geller denied it. “I have nothing to do with this,” Pamela Geller said.

INTELLIGENCE FILES….Pamela Geller and Michael Oshry were co-owners, along with Christ Tsiropoulous (see his photo above), of at least two car dealerships before the Gellers divorced in late 2007. The NY Supreme Court judge in the lawsuit filed by Citifinancial Auto had demanded that the Nassau County District Attorneys Offce respond to their motion on Universal Auto World et all and directs counsel for both paries, on or before March 5th 2010, to provide the Court with a letter outlning the status of the related criminal action involving Defendant Mark Harley (“Harley SEE HIS PHOTO ABOVE).  The letter states;

1) whether the related criminal action has been presented to a Grand Jury;

2) if the matter has been presented to a Grand Jury, whether the Grand Jury issued an Indictment in which Harley is one of the named defendants;

3) if the matter has not been presented to the Grand Jury, the scheduled date of a future Grand Jury presentment;

4) if an Indictment has been issued, the Indictment Number and the charges in the Indictment.

5) whether Harley has pled guilty to any crime or offense in the related criminal action and, if so, the status of the sentencing proceeding.

6) if Harley has not pled guilty, whether any pretrial hearings have been conducted in the related criminal action and, if not, the scheduled date of any such pretrial hearings.

7) the scheduled trial date of the related criminal action against UNIVERSAL AUTO SALES, LLC. dba UNIVERSAL AUTO WORLD; UNIVERSAL CAPITAL CORP.; MICHAEL OSHRY; MARK HAREY; ROBERT O’HARA; CHRIST TSIROPOULOS aka CHRIS TSIROPOULOS, Defendants, (and Pamela Geller and David P. Oshry, as co-administrators c.t.a. of the Estate of Michael Oshry collectively “Oshry Defendants” in the civil lawsuit) .

Counsel for Plaintiff Citifinancial Auto affirms that he does not know the status of the Criminal Matter, and that the D.A. has not retured his calls seeking information about the Criminal Matter. He also affirms that counsel for Harley has declined to comment on the status of the Criminal Matter. Thus, counsel for Plaintiff does not know when the Criminal Matter wil be resolved.

Mark Harley opposes Citifinancial’ s motion, affirming that, in light of the fact that Mark Harley has been charged with a felony for which he faces incarceration, he is permitted to decline to answer the Disputed Demands on the grounds that his responses might incriminate him.

American Religious Right Crazy Calls for Killings, Mosque Burnings and Mass Murder

American Freedom Defense Initiative Co-Founder Calls for Killings, Mosque Burnings

One of the groups founded by anti-Muslim demagogues Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer is called the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI), an “umbrella” group that provides cover for their other activities and funding for their anti-Muslim advertisements.

John Jay, one of the founding members of the board of AFDI and a very frequent commenter at Pamela Geller’s website, has posted a manifesto very reminiscent of Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik’s — a deranged, violent fantasy of mass murder.

Jay’s post calls for the killing of “talking head media”, of “every self avowed socialist and communist in congress”, and of “the faculty senates at harvard, yale, columbia, nyu and university of california at santa barbara”. Also, Muslims immigrants should be deported, in “boxes or tourist, their choice”, and all mosques should be burned down.

Jay has now added a response:

apparently things are really very slow at little green footballs. charles johnson, head pukka there, has responded to the little post herein-below breathlessly announcing that i am advocating mass murder. the lizards of course, denounce me as deranged.

[…] this is, of course, fairly ridiculous. and, utterly transparent.

charles johnson doesn’t give a whit or a fig for me, doesn’t care the weight of the proverbial mustard seed about me one way or the other. no, the real purpose of his screed is to try and tar pamela geller by her association with me. pamela geller is the target of the blog post at little green footballs, not i. and, such is the measure of his worry over her prestige and influence, that he engages in this, … , i don’t know, … , empty polemic, … , nonsense, … , to try and harm her. you come up with a phrase, i am chuckling too hard to think of a good one.

Yes, Jay has astutely worked out that the story here is his association with Geller and Spencer, rather than “random crank fantasies on the internet about killing people”.

Jay’s post includes some obviously fantastical elements: “draw and quarter the media, and shoot their remains from canons… boil bill ayers, bernie dorhn and angela davis in canola oil”. The strategy here is obvious – including a few jokes gives Jay a bit of distance from what he’s writing, and he probably thinks this means he doesn’t have to take proper responsibility for his sanguinary rhetoric. It should be recalled that when Jay’s fetish for violent fantasy was first noted last year, his defence (also used by Spencer) was simply to deny the plain and obvious meaning of his posts.
